OFFERING MEDIATOR AND ARBITRATOR SERVICES
Brian P. Deeb, Esq. is a qualified arbitrator and certified mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. He is Board Certified in Construction Law under the Florida Bar’s Board Certification Program and was the first attorney in Pinellas County to hold that title.
Mr. Deeb provides mediation and arbitration services in pre-suit and litigated civil matters, specializing in complex and multi-party contract disputes. Drawing on more than forty years of civil litigation experience, he brings practical insight, sound judgment and a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process to assist parties in resolving their disputes through mediation or arbitration.
Zoe A. Wundermann, Esq. is a certified mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. Ms. Wundermann provides mediation services in pre-suit and litigated civil matters, specializing in commercial and residential construction disputes. She brings practical experience, substantive knowledge and a thoughtful understanding of the issues to help parties evaluate their positions and work toward voluntary resolutions of their disputes.
